关于一个Body全局样式不解的地方？_html/css_WEB-ITnose

移动Web页面的一段CSS样式，有些地方不是太解。

问题：
text-transform: none;默认值也为none。写在这里貌似没什么太大的意思？？？  为什么还要写？？？

“speak: none;"取消发音，具体作用是什么？？？     为什么要写这个样式属性？？？
